Welcome to LBC Talent's Virtual Training School, an online service created to offer top professional instruction for anyone wishing to learn and study Dance online. We deliver a personal and flexible approach to lessons in Acting, Voice and Dance. Whether you’re just starting out or already an experienced dancer our mission is to introduce you to the highest level of instruction. We share our expertise, our network and our experience to help you or your child get to the next level. We strongly believe that access to the best musical theatre education in the world should be made available to all those who want it, not just a select few. We are here to guide and support you in getting the best personal attention and instruction for yourself or your child.
At LBCT Training School we pride ourselves on delivering a personal individualized learning experience. We offer a free, no-obligation consultation prior to signing up for a lesson, session, or consult. During the consultation, Leesa Csolak or Megan Gecik will be eager to meet and learn about you or your child, answer any questions you may have, discuss your ambitions, however big or small. We will then offer a tailored learning plan to suit your needs, experience, and budget. Throughout your time learning with us, our small team will continue to keep an eye on your progress and offer support when needed in order to make sure that your experience is everything you expect.

Every one of them has attended and taught at some of the most prestigious dance, acting, music, voice and musical theatre schools, companies and universities in the world. Kurt has established himself as one of the finest dancers, singers, actors working today. Kevin Csolak is a professional actor, dancer and singer. Kevin has danced for Hayley Kiyoko in the 2018 VMA’s at Radio City and for Justin Timberlake in the 2018 Super Bowl Halftime Show. He has had guest starring roles on CBS’s NCIS Hawaii, Jessica Jones for Marvel, on The MICK for FOX TV, KC Undercover for Disney Channel, Gortimer Gibbon’s Life on Normal Street for Amazon Prime/Disney and on Mysteries of Laura on NBC. He was featured in Amy Schumer’s viral and Emmy-winning music video, Girl, You Don’t Need Makeup on Inside Amy Schumer for Comedy Central. He recurred co-starring as William Thompson in HBO’s Boardwalk Empire and co-starred on Blue Bloods (Luke Ryder). Kevin is in his seventeenth year as a proud member of SAG/AFTRA and Actor’s Equity.

She was recently seen as Annie Dummermut on Broadway in The Visit opposite Chita Rivera and the late Roger Rees as well as in the final Broadway musical of The VIsit written by the Tony-winning team of Kander and Ebb, with a book by Terrance McNally, garnered 5 Tony Award Nominations.
She also starred on Broadway as the Beggar Woman opposite Patti LuPone in the critically acclaimed, Tony Award-winning revival of Sweeney Todd directed by Tony Award winner, John Doyle. Her performance was widely recognized. Opera News declared “DiMarzio does impressive instantaneous transitions between vulgar and soulful” and Variety also confirmed that “Diana DiMarzio has striking moments as the Beggar Woman”.
Her greatest personal acclaim came from Stephen Sondheim when he thanked her for “singing the role as I originally had intended!” She reprised the role across the country in the first national tour, playing such theaters as San Francisco’s ACT and the Ahmanson in LA, again to winning notices. She was seen as the Beggar Woman last fall in the Michigan Opera’s production of Sweeney Todd as well as a production with the Virginia Opera and was invited to Munich, Germany for the 60th Anniversary Jubilee concert with the Münchner Rundfunkorchester under the baton of Ulf Schirmer.
Following her Broadway appearance, composer Adam Guettel cast Diana as Signora Naccarelli in the first national tour of his Tony Award-winning musical The Light in the Piazza, directed by Tony Award winner, Bartlett Sher and produced by Lincoln Center. She had the opportunity to work with John Doyle again in his newly conceived production of Ten Cents a Dance, making its American premier at the prestigious Williamstown Theater Festival and later at the McCarter Theater.
Recent stage engagements include the role of Aldonza in the national touring production of Man of La Mancha, with Jack Jones; the mother in the National Tour of Evita, directed by Michael Grandage; as Aunt Eller in Oklahoma with the Charlottesville Opera and was recently seen as Madame Giry in the American Premiere National touring production of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Love Never Dies directed by Simone Phillips. Orchestral and concert engagements include performances at Lincoln Center, Madison Square Garden, guest soloist with the Aegean Chamber Orchestra at Ephesus in Turkey and soloist with the Virginia Symphony Orchestra, Richmond Symphony and Westfield Symphony.
She has appeared on the television show The Sopranos and was cast by Sidney Lumet in his film, Find Me Guilty starring Vin Diesel. She was awarded a grant by the National Italian American Foundation to produce her concert entitled Cinema Italiano, which she debuted at Symphony Space in New York City. For over 40 years, she has owned and directed The Star Maker School of the Performing Arts located in New Jersey. Together with her staff, all of whom are working professional Broadway, Film and TV actors, singers, and dancers, Csolak has trained students who have won hundreds of State, Regional, and National titles and many who, as minors, went on to professional work in the arts performing on Broadway, in Film & TV, Commercials, VO, the Music Industry, Print and Modeling.
She was a coach and choreographer for Madonna’s 2012 MDNA World Tour. She has worked as the casting director on short and feature independent films and commercials, associate produced music videos for upcoming named artists and participated on numerous creative teams for stage and Broadway projects. Leesa has choreographed and directed music videos for NBC and the Oxygen Network and assistant produced Music Videos and Concerts for Nickelodeon and Sony. She can be seen in the docu-series ‘The Next Big Thing’ as a successful manager of her sons, her students and a consultant and promoter for talented youth. Leesa wrote and choreographed educational and professional children’s videos for major players in the industry. She can boast a world release by Sony and Home Vintage Entertainment. She has springboarded child, teen, and young adult singer/songwriters into the music industry as well.
She has directed and choreographed for the Junior Olympic Games, the Metropolitan Opera and the Juilliard School in NYC and for a World Tour to Moscow, Leningrad and Denmark. She has produced and directed for the Miss America Pageant Organization, choreographed halftimes for the NY Knicks, the Net’s, 76er’s and various bowl games as well as opening/closing performances for the US Junior Olympic Committee. She has been instrumental in re-evaluating programs for major competitive organizations including National Dance and Talent Competitions. She is a featured speaker at Regional and National conventions and a prominent National and World level judge. She has a pre-medical degree as well as extensive background in Business and Art. A true renaissance girl, her entire life she has been passionate about helping talented individuals see that working in the performing arts is indeed possible.
